I grew up between two cultures and never fully belonged to just one world. German and American. Lived across Asia, Europe, the US and the UK. A career built first in advertising boardrooms, then in coaching rooms. A life of moving between languages, cultures, mindsets and perspectives.
That kaleidoscope of experience isn't just my background. It's my superpower.
From Global Marketing Leader to Executive Coach
For over 20 years, I built and led diverse global teams across Europe, the UK, Asia, and the US, working on major campaigns for automotive, tech and innovation brands. I understood strategy, creative problem-solving and what it takes to perform under pressure.
Then coaching found me. My then-CEO saw something I couldn't yet see in myself and offered me coaching as a gift. It gave me a language to express and accept myself exactly as I am. I realised the most important work wasn't in the campaigns, the storytelling or the tech solutions. It was in supporting the people & teams running them.
So I made the leap. I brought everything I'd learned from two decades in high-performance environments with me. And I keep on learning. Because I believe that understanding our differences is exactly what brings us together.

I coach in English and German, and work comfortably in Dutch-English environments.

LIFE OUTSIDE OF THE COACHING ROOM
Running a business and working internationally asks a lot. I've learned to find balance. These days I live in Gouda, in the heart of the Randstad between Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Den Haag, with my partner, bonus daughter and 2 cats. I tend the garden, do pilates and rowing and cycle through the Dutch countryside.
The routes keep changing. That's exactly how I like it.
