I grew up between two worlds. I never fully belonged to just one.
German and American. I’ve lived across Asia, Europe, the US and the UK, building a career that moved between advertising boardrooms and coaching rooms. Always moving between languages, cultures, mindsets and perspectives.
That kaleidoscope isn’t just my background. It is my methodology. I help leaders and teams recognise patterns in complexity, surface what is not being said and turn difference into clarity and action.
From Global Marketing Leader to Executive Coach
For over 20 years I built and led global teams driving strategy and creative performance for major automotive, tech and innovation brands.
Then my CEO offered me coaching — a moment that changed everything.
I realised the most important work wasn't in the wasn't in the work itself, It was in the people behind them. So I made the leap, and brought two decades of high-performance leadership with me.
Today that experience comes into every coaching conversation, where differences aren't barriers, but sources of insight, creativity and connection.

I bring creativity and a sharp strategic mind to every engagement. I work with individuals, teams, or large groups — solo or alongside co-facilitators and partners, whatever fits best.

When a challenge calls for multiple perspectives, I draw on a trusted network of coaches, facilitators and consultants I have worked with for many years. For larger or more complex engagements, I bring in carefully selected partners with deep expertise and strong cultural fluency.

LIFE OUTSIDE OF THE COACHING ROOM
I live in Gouda — in the heart of the Randstad between Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Den Haag — with my partner, bonus daughter and two cats.
Whether I'm working with leaders, cycling through the Dutch countryside or exploring a new culture, I'm most energised when I'm learning, connecting and discovering new perspectives.
The routes keep changing. That's exactly how I like it.
