For me there is no greater satisfaction than watching people develop and grow in confidence and find their own voice. Uncovering what you love and are good at is the first step in creating your unique path that is true to you. It will be a magical and rewarding journey that we will embark on.

I have 20+ years as an advertising professional across automotive, tech and innovation brands. I have been
a board member for 7 years, gone through mergers, opened and closed offices, onboarded and transitioned clients and led multimillion Euro client portfolios.

I’ve worked with and for talented people, run departments, built and led client teams in the UK, Europe and globally, building long-term client relationships while collaborating with creative and strategic teams to deliver innovative ways of working.

I lived in many countries, Philippines, Germany, US, UK and now have settled in Amsterdam embracing the straight forward Dutch people. With a multi-cultural background myself, I have a good grasp of cultural differences and understand what makes people tick.
