My German side brings structure, rigour and a sharp analytical mind. My American side brings energy, optimism and the belief that change is always possible. Two ways of seeing the world, fused into one approach.
With certified coaching expertise (ICF PCC, ICF ACTC, CPCC, ORSC and Transactional Analysis) and 20+ years leading global teams in advertising, automotive, tech and innovation, I understand both the business challenges you face and the human dynamics that drive real change. I coach in English and German and work comfortably in Dutch-English environments.
